Engagements and introductions
No engagement, exclusivity, fee entitlement or representation of a named buyer is created by visiting this site or sending an enquiry. Scope, responsibilities and commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing.
How we are paid
Fryer Origination charges no fee to the selling business owner and no upfront fee for its origination work. We are paid by the adviser or other business we work with from an agreed share of its fees, only when the transaction completes. The scope, fee payer and payment arrangements are agreed in writing. Any charges made by an appointed adviser, solicitor or other provider are separate and agreed directly with that provider. We explain our proposed remuneration before an introduction.
Buyer research
Our software uses publicly available company information to identify and rank potential buyers. Its output is an initial research shortlist for review, not a valuation, investment recommendation or confirmation of buyer interest, funding or suitability. Public information varies in completeness and recency; relevant facts and permissions are checked before any agreed approach.
Confidentiality
The contact form is intended for initial, non-confidential enquiries. Agree any necessary confidentiality arrangements and permitted recipients before sharing sensitive business information. See our document-sharing process.
Service scope
Our website presents company research and introduction services. It is not an offer to buy or sell investments and should not be relied on as a recommendation to enter a transaction. Any proposed work must have an agreed scope and be within the permissions or exclusions applicable to that activity. This notice does not determine the regulatory status of a particular engagement.
Opportunities
References to sectors or types of business do not mean a particular company is for sale, that a buyer has committed to a transaction, or that an outcome is guaranteed.
