We aim to make our information and enquiry service usable by as many people as possible. The website includes labelled forms, keyboard focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, semantic headings and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. The design respects a reduced-motion preference and does not require animation to access information.

Use the contact form to describe the information or adjustment you need. Please include a suitable way to reply, the page involved and what would help. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis.
