Personal service, supported by our own software
Charlie has designed and built a buyer-research application that can identify and rank up to 100 potential buyers in moments using publicly available company information. It helps build a broader starting list, which Charlie reviews before any agreed introduction or approach.
Focused on origination
Our role centres on company research and introductions. Transaction advice, valuation, due diligence, legal work and tax advice are handled by appropriately appointed specialists.

A clear commercial model
Selling owners pay Fryer Origination no fee. We are paid by the businesses we work with from an agreed share of their fees, only when the deal completes. We explain the proposed arrangement before an introduction, and any adviser’s own charges are agreed separately.
